Thank you for your interest in co-sponsoring the 21st annual Women’s legislative breakfast on February 17th.
We are hoping our sponsors will help us round out legislators’ remarks by having additional information available on the issues and specific legislation at organizations’ tables. Attendees will visit the information tables during the continental breakfast, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., and after the plenary session, from 9:05 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Organizations are welcome to staff or not to staff their information table. Co-sponsors will get about 1/3 of a table—or about 2 feet by 2 ½ feet. The event will be in the Boettcher Auditorium on the first floor of the Colorado State History Museum at 1300 Broadway.
As a co-sponsor, your organization will be listed in the program and on the website, you will receive ONE FREE BREAKFAST, and you will be able to display printed materials. In return for this, you will advertise this event in your newsletter or mailings to encourage attendance and pay a co-sponsorship registration fee of $36.
The individual cost is $15 per person, which includes a continental breakfast, plenary, keynote speaker, and printed materials. We have attempted to keep the individual registration fee as low as possible. A scholarship fund is available for students, your members or clients for whom the cost is a barrier. Parking is available in the parking structure to the south of the Denver Public Library one block away between Broadway and Acoma on 12th Ave. Enter on 12th Avenue. Closest pedestrian exit is on 13th Avenue.
Online registration is preferred but if you cannot pay online please download and mail in a form with your check.
